• Installation: Here's what you'll need:

Timber shelves: 3/4" to 1" thick, cut to your desired length and depth ( 5 shelves for low ceilings, 8 for high ceilings).

Mild steel flat bar: 1 3/16" wide, 1/2" thick, running floor to ceiling. For clean aesthetics, cut into the ceiling by 10mm and finish with decoration.

• Use 2 vertical bars per side (if not in an alcove). For wider units (over 1/2 meter), add 1 front-facing bar for every 1/2 meter of width.

Brass Screws: Size 16 or 14 or 12 flat-head, 3" screws for fixing through metal flat bar into timber shelves.

Clam brackets: Use one per 1/2 meter of timber shelving to secure the unit to the wall.
