Shipping INFO

Please kindly note that your shipping cost covers the following:

  • The cost of the UPS courier service

  • The cost of card, tissue paper and tape

  • The time it takes us to pick, pack and book the courier

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm

We aim to dispatch orders with UPS within 3 working days  

We cannot assume liability for undelivered parcels if an incorrect delivery address is provided during checkout.

Kindly note that if a parcel is returned to our studio due to an incorrect delivery address being provided at the checkout you will be charged the following:

The cost of re-dispatch (the shipping charge from your order)

and

An admin fee of £25 for address correction

Please note, in the EU, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes or duties. Any issues regarding these should be addressed with your local UPS depot."

Returns INFO

Please note, bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return postage

Return windows: 

  • Returns within 0-28 days: Full product refund, provided the item has not been used or damaged.

  • Returns between 29 days and 3 months: Full product refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

  • Returns after 3 months: No refund, sorry

    Please note, we will not accept returns from the 18th of December to the 5th of January as the studio closes for the holidays. Please hold on to your return and send it back to us after the 5th of January. Your return window will be adjusted accordingly during this time of year.

    Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has shipped from our studio, you will receive a refund. However, if the order has already been packed, a 50% deduction from the shipping cost will be applied to cover packing time and materials.

    We will process the refund within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.

    Refunds for orders paid via PayPal will be subject to a 3% PayPal fee. This fee is deducted at source by PayPal, and we have no access to it.
